Shipping

All products are shipped via either Australia Post or courier and will be received within 7 business days of order placement. If we are unable to supply a product for any reason we will contact you within 2 working days of order placement to advise.

Spartan School World ships to Australian addresses only.

Returns

If, for any reason, you want to return a product, it must be returned unwashed, unworn and unnamed with its tags attached. Only goods in original condition and packaging will be approved for return.

Products purchased from our retail stores must be returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase.

Products purchased online must be returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please email our online team to advise of a return at onlineorders@spartanss.com.au.

Refunds are not available on goods paid for with School Savings Bonus voucher or State Schools Relief voucher, and third party payments.
